    Generous salary while you begin in a new industry. I truly enjoy working for this company. Great opportunity for anyone with a sales background and entrepreneurial spirit. The company invests a lot in the people they hire and does a very good job at making a first impression.


    The buck stops nowhere. Support is lacking. If you ask for help you will be pointed elsewhere and eventually end up back where you started. Without the help of other reps who have figured things out on their own you'll find yourself left in the cold. It often takes hours to do something that should take minutes due to faulty software. I have been on appointments twice where my computer stopped working completely. The line between company hero and company zero is very thin.

    Advice to Management

    You should be the best kept secret in insurance! Bridge the gap that most of your reps fall into when they return from CAL school. You spend thousands flying reps in to learn the sales process for one week. It then takes them 1-3 months to get comfortable using the software and understanding the day to day procedures of the company which is only further convoluted by the outdated and oft non working "Passport". Invest in better software. Have coaches ready to DIRECTLY support returning reps ON DEMAND. Agency managers, ABC's and the AOA's are spread way too thin. You're lacking an important position in your company that would greatly increase retention and profit.
