If there weren't a requirement of twenty words for this space it would be empty. They do pay you for working, but not enough for anyone to live on.
They are numerous, the biggest problem is huge turnover. There are so many new employees in the course of six months that hardly anyone knows what they're doing.
Advice to Management
Be more competitive in your payscale and benefits, or you'll keep the trend of losing employees as soon as they get enough experience to get a job elsewhere. The Allenwood facility is more like a paid internship than a real job.
