Flexible hours. No dress code. Small office environment.
Most managers are okay, but some really aren't. There is favoritism going on between at least one employee and their manager, who is at a high level, and it often causes problems for other employees. There is often a disconnect between the headquarters in Cambridge and the Detroit office. Engineers there are left to figure out a lot of things that are undocumented.
Advice to Management
Do more things to attract and retain employees instead of providing just a minimum of job satisfaction and expecting employees to shut up and deal with it.
