    I worked at Cableorganizer.com full-time

-Some of the employees are very down to earth individuals and just a joy to work with. -Decent job to have while seeking a career -Company is the right size to gain experience in many different areas -401K is generous -there is an employee salary advance for hardships -medical benefits are better than most small businesses -Gym membership reimbursement (up to $15)

-Constant decisions made in "higher management" that are not thought through and negatively impacts the company. This is usually because the CFO refuses to involve other department professionals that are knowledgeable in the area. -Higher management refuses to take any responsibility for any failures and is consistently passing blame to other departments even if it doesn't make any sense. -Most business hours are spent coming up with reports and proof that certain failures are not your fault. -Chief Fin. Officer has the most unprofessional and awful attitude I've seen in a work place. The disrespect is extremely rude and disgusting. -There is a large discrepancy as to what is reported -No career path based on work. Promotions are almost non-existent. There are several employees that have been overlooked for positions they qualify for and have shown exemplary performance but are passed up while the promotion is given to individual(s) who have no experience/knowledge in the field/new employees -Company will intentionally under pay workers drastically while their equal counter parts are paid substantially more. Based on what I've witness it pretty much goes If you don't know your underpaid why give you anything extra.

    Advice to Management

-Lead by example -Employees need to know that there are opportunities for growth based on experience and performance -Get your CFO out of other departments business. If a VP is needed to oversee all department operations...hire an Operations Manager -Show your employees that they are more than just filler whose salary is using up budget This company use to be an amazing place to be a part of. People need to know that they are appreciated and that there is return for their hard work and efforts.
