    Speaking for California Office

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at CafePress full-time

-Flexible working hours -Decent number of PTOs -Lots of projects to take on

-Senior management knows nothing about your work but expect the professionals to follow their order -Poor leadership, lack of trust as senior management often lie to your face and you often feel that your job is not secured -Pay lower than industry

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more, ask them for advice instead of giving orders - since its NOT YOUR FIELD OF EXPERTISE! Communicate more, be more honest.
