they have a good 401k but they change investment companies to often and the insurance is ok but the cost seems to go up a little to much each year. it eats up the little 2 or 3 % raise you may or may not get.
The management that i work with with seem to forget or just dont care that the hourly employee are people not a piece of equipment. they have no incentives. they are to hush hush on the pay scale. they will throw work off on you that you was not part of your job and if you go to HR with it that is just a waste of time. they spend money on useless stuff and dont want to buy what you need.there is no communication. if you let them they will have you working 7 days a week 12 hours a day they dont care that you you have a family.
Advice to Management
The upper management needs to take a long hard look at the people they put in there middle management and stop going by the good old boy system. be more open with the pay scale. stop and talk to the production workers when you visit a plant.
