    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Canada Post as a contractor (Less than a year)

Great Pay, with all the overtime you could ask for (during peak seasons). Great exercise if you like to walk or run.

Completely unstable work environment. All letter carriers start off as Temporary status (casual) employees. Difficult to get on full time with benefits. There may be long periods where you DON'T work.

    Advice to Management

Slow down the amount of temporary employees you hire so existing employees can move into part time and full time positions. Offer benefits to temporary employees.
