I worked at Capco full-time (More than a year)
Recent leadership changes are a sign of hope as some unethical, self-interested partners have been asked to leave. Their inner circle may be mourning but most decent people left in the last years as the organization rotted from the top with former Accenture people whose only interest is themselves. Comp was okay, benefits okay, and a nice office in NYC (which was for the benefit of those senior leaders more than anyone else.)
Where to start: not even an attempt at even-handed performance management; their idea of training is to have minimally-skilled consultants on the bench produce and lead training sessions; a drinking culture that made anyone not interested in hanging out with drunk partners be deemed "a poor performer" and often led to promotion through personal relationships; the best partners and senior people kept leaving in disgust.
Advice to Management
You may be able to turn this around but you've got a lot of damage to repair.
