Not an inbound call center position, excellent training, great benefits. Discovering fraud is often fun and having the opportunity to help people is very rewarding.
Case work can often be repetitive and job is often boring. Overall, moving up in your position means that you would have to manage people. So if you're not aiming to be a people manager, you can't go too far.
Advice to Management
Allow more raises and open up more positions in process and project management so that people management is not the only way one can excel in their careers.
