I have been working at CareFusion full-time (More than 8 years)
Benefits are good, other employees work as a team with you, local management does care but there hands re usually tied.
VP level and above has no clue what is happening on daily basis and who the ones are that are a actually keeping the customer as customers, hint it's not sales or implementation...... CareFusion has been doing a stock buy back which is great but the stock is raising and it's not because sales are increasing. Does engineering have a clue of the costs they are causing the company in OT for support staff because someone reversed a 1 and 0 in the code somewhere??? Just saying......
Advice to Management
Get out of the office and talk with end users, not directors or CEO's of the hospitals but the actual users that deal with the crap that is made in San Diego on a daily basis.
