Benefits are good, four weeks vacation in the first year. Health insurance is average. Great ongoing staff education program and continuing college education plan.
Working a startup office in Kentucky for a company who failed to analyze the market and were unsuccessful promoting the product. Miscalculated the other MCO's vying for market share and lost over half the original membership within four months. Expected the case management staff to fix this problem on the back end by assigning additional job responsibilities normally covered by a team of five. Culture and values of the corporate office are not reflected in the new Kentucky office.
Advice to Management
Be honest during the interview process. Potential hires base their salary on the position offered.
