I have been working at Catalina Marketing full-time (More than a year)

Overall the office culture in Boston is relaxed but competent for the most part. The work is not complicated but is not boring either. The work/life balance is understood and there is rarely an expectation, need, or pressure to put in more than an 8 hour day.

Compensation and benefits are lacking and have gone downhill from where they were even in the 2 years I've worked for the company. It's been owned by two private investment firms in that same time period and it's clear that the current owners are putting tremendous pressure on the leadership team to try and squeeze as much money out of the company as they can. As much as the tech leadership likes to talk about modern techniques, it's very clear that they are still stuck in the 80s and 90s.

    Advice to Management

The current sales growth is unsustainable on the companies current infrastructure. Take some time to truly invest in the software that supports sales.
