I worked at CatapultWorks full-time (Less than a year)

Very intelligent, personable and talented co-workers; for the most part, the various teams work well together. Great location in downtown Campbell.

Employees are ridiculously underpaid and overworked. Leadership is severely lacking innovation and they have a poor attitude toward their employees - they are focused on money, and money only. VP's can be moody, rude and demeaning. There is no structure, training or cohesive workflow - you are pretty much thrown into situations and expected to figure it out on your own. Every situation is treated as a fire drill, which leads to an extremely stressful environment and frustrated, frantic employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. Pay them what they deserve, provide positive recognition and encouragement for a job well done, allow for greater flexibility in schedules (such as letting someone work from home when they are sick), don't let certain VP's get away with being abusive to/swearing at employees, and provide more structure/establish an organized workflow.
