Flexible Schedule. Control over your own income. Not very much micro-management. Plenty of Freedom
Many different ways that they take money from your paycheck. Little help with lead generation. No vacation. Can never request time off. Persistently shrinking bonuses and commissions. High Turnover that leads to customers distrusting people in the stores.
Advice to Management
The current compensation plans mixed with the overall business environment are causing way too much turnover. Re-invent a way to keep employees happy and stable financially.
