Good Benefits, Nice people until you are honest with the management. Nice barbecues/cook outs/ eat ins. Offer nice rewards to co-op members. No drug tolerance 2 extra days off called holidays that you can use for any purpose

No Leave for 1year and 3months. Leave taken comes out of your pay if it is taken before your vacation time is accrued. Unfortunately it takes 1 year minimum for vacation to accrue. Up until then if you need time off it comes out of your own pay regardless of the circumstance. Lots of Favoritism. No one including upper management wants or likes to hear the truth. Honest employees are punished jobs are delegated to employees regardless of the job title held just to get the job done instead of hiring a knowledgeable employee to do the job they would rather delegate the job out to someone with no experience just so they can save the expense of hiring someone else. They think this saves money but it really creates unhappy employees. This is really taking advantage of the employee just to save some money and it is wrong!!

    Advice to Management

When dissatisfied with employees you should learn to communicate with them instead of getting pissed off and taking it out on the employee behind there back. Especially when the employee has confronted you with problems relating directly to work. Not all employees want to be taken advantage of, and not all employees are going to conform and allow the employer to take advantage of them. Try fixing the Problem not ignoring it then getting mad over it!!
