The residents and staff at the local level truly cared about and for each other
Money was not invested to keep the building and services competitive with new communities that offered a better product and services for considerably less money. High turnover rate due to lack of support from the corporate office. The local management team was awesome and paid for a lot of things out of their own dollars because their budgets were so tight.
Advice to Management
Once Century Park moved it's office from Chattanooga, TN to Cleveland, TN things went south. Lack of leadership, support and trust took a company that was working to a company than now serves as a feeder for Life Care Nursing Homes and Rehabilitation Center...so sad!
