Exploitation Very low salary according to everything you have to do. Owner doesn't care about the employee's wellbeing, the just care about money in their pocket. Unfair treatment from management Guest service agent has to do everything, washing dry and fold dirty sheets and towels, make reservations through the phone, check in guests, provide movies and log them in the logbook, set up and serve breakfast, for just $8.50. That is employee abuse, because they do not want to pay more staff. No Benefits: medical, insurance, 401k. No overtime: If they see you have overtime, they make you come one hour later to cut overtime fee.
Advice to Management
Employee's wellbeing is important to keep a good operation and make everyone feel happy. Not only the Owners and the General manager. The are other values instead of just "money".
