I worked at Chuck E. Cheese's full-time (More than 10 years)
Was able to grow a career from part time teenager into General Manager. National brand, locations all over the place if you want to move. Pizza is made from good quality ingredients. Opportunity to make life long memories for kids every day.
Too many changes in the last 5 years has hurt the identity/direction of the concept. Lots of pressure to actively manage the financials ( i.e. "Adjust labor plan 15 times per week")
Advice to Management
If you want the public to perceive you as a restaurant with games instead of an arcade with pizza then don't cook all your menu items in a conveyor oven.
