    I worked at Circle House as a contractor (Less than a year)


    Great team camaraderie. New people tend to fit in quite well as the staff are accommodating This made liaising with other departments easier The ease in which you could speak to management about problems within the workplace


    The lack of action after addressing issues with management Being treated like children in regards to toilet breaks, lunchtimes etc Micromanagement of one particular line manager. Staff turnover. Team has practically halved, why are there still so many managers?

    Advice to Management

    The importance of team morale is overlooked. Trust the staff to do the work, it will get done
