Individuals running the U.S. CB are new to the segment and shaking things up too much. Need to get back to basics and stop micro managing and changing proven processes.
Advice to Management
Simplify processes. Focus on things that really matter and be clear and direct with future plans. Cut out the sneaky political agendas at the top and stop creating silos.
