Great discount, good communication and partnership from district manager, lots of room for advancement
Not a good Work life balance, strict payroll hours, high turnover rate with extreme difficulty training new associates in a timely manner, very stressful
Advice to Management
I think the turnover rate for third keys and assistants needs to be addressed. You can not expect these associates to basically have the skills and abilities to run and operate a store alone and pay them almost minimum wage. I think it would be highly benifital to either pay them a more competitive wage or at least some sort of commission especially on ear piercings.
