Great to start your career; Very Knowledgeable employees, Had a good Immigration process when it all started. Solid top management... without politics.
Too many managers to start with, and on top of it everyone else thinks they do not have the need to CODE or TEST because one day they will become managers.... They expect you to work like weekends due to contractual obligations with the client. Spineless managers, who don't know what they are doing and accept everything the client throws at you. This is due to in experienced managers being promoted internally who do not know what they are doing. The pay is too low compared to competition, like Accenture, Capgemini.
Advice to Management
Normalize the Promotion process; Pay the bonus Have different demographics in all types of project, preference is given to local people when it comes to Appraisal process
