Great benefits, good training, solid products, overall positive culture outside business services (great people in the field offices). Company is doing well and isn't going anywhere or being bought. Courtesy services are fantastic.
Low morale under present business services leadership in Washington state. High turnover from sales reps and managers. Way too many sales people for the amount of serviceable business that exists. Most of the good employees are being forced out of business if the local leaders feel they aren't "Yes" Men and Women. There is no tolerance for open dialogue about obstacles.
Advice to Management
Hire the correct number of sales people to match the opportunities in the territory. Also please stop making managers unhappy with political B.S. - most managers hate their local leaders in business group but are too afraid to show any contradictions. Please change the WA business leadership ASAP.
