Great hours, fun culture and in the beginning was great, but greed has taken over.
Management too focused on metrics which do not accurately reflect opportunity or quality. Managers are more metric monitors than anything...turning into an agressive call center
Advice to Management
"Get back to basics" as you say. Quantity does not equal quality. Nonprofit mentality can bring slow and steady growth...turning the place as a for profit only hurts customer perception, and would disgust clients if they knew.
