Individual Skill is not valued, head count is more important to the management. Only senior position employees are growing and they do not allow you to grow. Technologically far behind from current industry and market. No rewards for working smart/hard. Managers favor the ones who do politics.
Advice to Management
Respect individual skill and do not count employees like cattle. Give people chance to show their skill and what they are good at. Promote innovation and encourage out of box thinking. Reduce layers and provide a platform for each and everyone to be heard.
