    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Concorde Career Colleges full-time (Less than a year)

The company truly invests in adequate office supplies, technology, and equipment, for their admissions and administrative staff, as well as and gear for students. The admissions staff are expected to do one thing, enroll new students. Not orientations, not community events, not campus events. Just enroll new students. They do not expect or desire admissions to be saddled with 20 different auxiliary responsibilities. As a result, the expectations are higher.

MEETINGS. MEETINGS, and more MEETINGS. Morning meeting, mid-morning meeting, mid-afternoon meeting, end-of-day meeting. In addition to admissions meetings, the sales process is not a one-call close, see you at orientation. The admissions process is a longer than most for-profit schools involving at least 3-4 campus visits for the student to complete. Makes it difficult to manage a daily schedule of new interviews and multiple be-backs. I believe the process is so drawn out that it may become burdensome for some prospects. Also, Rotating Saturdays

    Advice to Management

Cut the meetings to boost productivity. Streamline the ridiculously long interview/presentation to secure more enrollments.
