I worked at Concorde Hotels part-time (More than a year)
Friendly coworkers to serve with. Fun environment serving weddings. Good Music. Clean practices in the kitchen and in the serving areas. Lead servers had high standards.
Management let go team of servers with out prior warning. Didn't have good equipment with which to keep plated meals warm and ready to serve. Most things were very worn and beyond good usage date.
Advice to Management
REspect the loyal employees and invest in equipment that allows the company to appear more professional. Need new warmers, serving equipment and enough silverware so that it all matches.
