It was the greatest job i ever worked for best pay yet, and the culture and the people are amazing. amazing benefits, company takes care of you. free drinks, company outing, christmas party, there was monthly bonuses. a lot of great management

was very busy because of how many broken things in our product we had. consistantly having to tell small to large businesses, and non profits, oh hey yea that product you were paying for is actually not functioning at the moment, now granted most of it worked most of the time, but they consistantly pushed out newer bigger products without taking a look at fixing the existing issues. Example, simple share was kinda broken linking with facebook, well the developers decided hey lets create a new simple share, 3-6 months later new product comes out while old one still had issues, then new product was just copied from another feature inside another one of our products which didn't work but ended up being broken after release. other thing is that it is kinda political since it is such a community in there a lot of talk goes around the office, and that can cause you to get a promotion or not. you may be the best and brightest for the job, but if you have somehow caused a bad taste in a higher ups mouth, have fun sitting in the same position you are in.

    Advice to Management

hire more people, stop working the overworking your employees, stop being cheap skates about it.
