Advice to Management
Cross train employees so when an operator calls in the machine isn't down all shift unless yall get maintenance to run it a good supervisor should be able to get her people to do that not grab maintenance because no one else knows how to run it. Concentrate more on quality and your scrap will go down when all your floor supervisor cares about is getting their numbers they'll run anything to call it a tire and let curing scrap it that way they can say they are making plenty maybe even train the operators on the importance of the splices, etc. In the tires and how it affects balance etc.
