The culture used to be terrific ... and could be again.
The new Chair of the firm in 2015 is not particularly smart or respected by the other partners, and this "chip on her shoulder" is leading her to want to make a mark on the firm by making it more corporate. The Managing Partner, on the other hand, respects the old culture but is caught up in her own ego and picking favorites.
Advice to Management
Pick better firm leaders. The firm is headed in the wrong direction.
