    1. Sensical, fair (if not *more* than reasonable) policies and salaries. 2. Surrounded by brilliant, hardworking people. Best of the best. Low tolerance for anything less than excellent. 3. Company KNOWS WHAT IT'S DOING. They're going to be huge soon. Marketing has a clue. Stock is blowing up (options?). Walk into the company now and you will rewarded, I guarantee it. 4. Comfortable office, pleasant aesthetic. 5. Exciting space in InfoSec -- "insider threats" 6. Location compared to companies in the 128 belt. 7. You are given proper resources to do your job -- they aren't afraid to spend a little money on something to help you do your job more effectively. 8. The product has a good reputation and word is getting around about it in the community. Easy to sell/nearly sells itself.

    1. MICROMANAGEMENT -- everyone is under enormous pressure to succeed; little appreciation expressed regarding employee accomplishments. 2. Secrecy/lack of transparency into the true thoughts of those in senior management. 3. Competitiveness. 4. Everyone is stressed and miserable. "Work hard, play hard" taken to the extreme. Negativity that can be felt in the air of the office. 5. Long interview process. 6. Long hours, inflexible scheduling. 7. Clique-y. 8. Room for advancement exists but is limited.

    Advice to Management

RELAX. Everyone is doing great -- don't turn "work hard, play hard" into an artform.
