    Negative Outlook

I have been working at D-Link full-time (More than a year)

Great product. Well known brand, even if only known for consumer. Quality people. They have basketball courts. We can wear jeans on Friday's.

Morale is very low. Executive Management doesn't trust its people and wants us to report back to them when we have meetings with partners or customers. We are forced to write a report that includes the following, we needing to provide our meeting notes, who we visited, what we had talked about, what were the open action items and when we will follow up again. And we need to report this for every meeting we have, and that report needs to go to a top executive manager.

    Advice to Management

Trust your people or find people you can trust. If you constantly make your employees feel like they aren't trusted, they will leave you and quality people are hard to replace. You have tons of potential, but you demean your associates daily and provide a hostile work environment.
