This is a long list. Since being acquired, it has been a nightmare. a) The leadership is callous and doesn't care. They are truly invisible leaving people to guess what's around the corner. b) Cronyism is rampant. It would be harder to find a place where so many incompetent people get promoted or land cushy deals simply because they know the right people. c) Treatment of employees is scandalous at best. Public shaming and shunning is quite common. d) Leadership has no vision and the company seems adrift. e) Frequent layoffs. People wondering if they are next. f) Numbers game run by people who can barely add. g) Innovation is given lip service. h) Project managers not empowered and are treated like secretaries. i) Leadership is petulant and you must agree or it's walking the plank time for you.
