Difficult to balance P/L and sales responsibilities and daily file compliance audits with meeting KPI's for daily operational output to meet clients needs. Cooperation of unionized breakbulk and warehouse staff with CHB operation was difficult to maintain consistency due to union work rules. No formal training program for new entry writers.
Advice to Management
Increase performance accountability of union staff and dismiss non performers without having to resort to the 3 tiered warning system.
