I worked at DJO Global full-time (More than 5 years)
The facility had nice amenities in St. Paul with a small gym and decent lunch room.
Absolutely no room for advancement (unless you regularly go out drinking with the supervisors). The people they did put in place as leaders didn't even understand what their employees did everyday. Raises were non-existent and in my 7 years with them received a cumulative of 5.5% with several years where raises were not granted at all. The outside sales members could do no wrong and were allowed to verbally abuse internal reps. Super corrupt sales goals, sales practices, and policies in general. In years where no raises were available they still sent "Top sales" people from each region to a tropical location for a week (with their SPOUSES) which is absolutely ridiculous as the rest of the employees were feeling the pinch from a not so great sales year. Overall, awful place to work and awful business in general.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees (ALL of them) like human beings. Show some appreciation to the non-sales staff. STOP MAKING EXCEPTIONS TO FEDERALLY MANDATED RULES.
