I worked at DNA Search full-time (Less than a year)
The culture is great in terms of the people who work there, but CEO is a bit difficult and doesn't have very much trust capacity in his new employees.
CEO has micro management style and does not trust the people he employes. If he had more trust in his initial judgement and allowed his new employees to thrive based on their own unique style then he would have a better retention of recruiters and therefore his profits would would be higher. There is no need to live in a call center environment in a small company where everyone knows one another.
Advice to Management
If you hire someone with experience, then trust that they can do the job without coaching. Give them at least a month trial before you start trying to coach them to adhere to your style. Everyone works differently and again if you feel that you hired someone based on their experience than allow them to prove themselves over a longer period of time. You will have less turnover and you will profit more.
