    Approves of CEO

I worked at DNN full-time (More than a year)

If you're part of the group of people the CEO likes, he takes a genuine interest in making you successful and progressing your career. He acknowledges the company is not the next big thing, but still gives it his all.

Most of the people here are pushing paper until they're either fired or find another gig. Sales has lost a majority of its former talent to larger companies due to lack of upwards mobility and pay.

    Advice to Management

Not much, the situation is what it is and I get that the executive team has a lot on its plate. That said, better perks might help with retention and morale (which was always either great or horrible).
