Low pay, long hours, employees are seen as disposable and not valued; I have not met a single employee who's happy to work there - most wait to pay their due so they can move onto something else. 25% turnover is very high and says it all. Also, very poor career opportunities internally; Deloitte is a company of experts and makes it very hard for people to move around, try new areas, work on new projects to expand their skills.
Advice to Management
Management's main focus is to make as much money as possible, and to not redistribute profits (low salaries, low raises, low bonuses). Show more respect for your employees
