The customers, that's it. Nothing else about the company can be considered a "pros". ALL other aspects of this company are a MAJOR "Con"
VERY low pay, very low commission percentage, pretentious atmosphere, arrogant management. CEO said in a recent district meeting that the company does not believe in raises. After the first of the year, commission will be dropped to 2%. He then went on to say that if one is good enough at selling then you wont need a raise, they can earn as much money as they want.
Advice to Management
Stop listening to the shareholders. Stop being so arrogant. Start listening to you staff and customer because without them this company would be nothing. If your lower staff (sales associates, key holders, etc) are happy with their jobs, then they will do everything they can to make the company a huge success. Treat your lower staff like "the help" and the companies numbers will reflect that
