Potential to grow with company, they recognize those who work hard, potential to travel to open new restaurants which provides transferrable experience. They listen to constructive criticism and give leadership roles and responsibilities to those willing to take them on.
Lower level management is not very professional (drinking with hourly employees, relationships with employees, etc.). The environment is extremely corporate which is difficult to deal with at times.
Advice to Management
Lead by example. Explain reasons behind policies and procedures so that the staff will respect their existence. Otherwise, keep it up.
