Regular work, Enjoyed a period of company growth and change. They paid regularly if on a salary. Opportunity to work on projects covering multiple and varied level of complexity, and expertise.
Limited vision or scope or the commitment to the idea of continued improvement and development. Poor senior management, lacking leadership in an effective plan or communication of one to grow the business by way of continued improvement. Terrible payroll structure combined with the above failings, leading to the early loss of talented people. Inability to manage middle management or gage there performance against anything other than the short time profitability of projects. Never any information of any sort given freely to the people that they employ, even when obligated to under agreement, contract or legislation.
Advice to Management
There are too many people that have moved through the business or have been employed into the business that don't know or understand the products under their management. Failing to develop positive links with all stakeholders within and without the business missing opportunities to change and grow in a challenging and changing environment.
