I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than 5 years)
The pay is competitive with the local market and is a comfortable starting place for someone looking to grow within the business. The overtime pay even better. Fuel reimbursement is okay, though well below national average.
Understaffed in every department constantly. Look bad to customers often due to low quality labor service. Expectation to transport company materials exceeding standard point of sale, and documents in your personal vehicle without proper compensation or thought on possibility of damaging personal property.
Advice to Management
The St.Paul branch is too understaffed to provide excellent customer service and meet the expectations of; corporate goals, sales management, merchandising service goals, other duties, and customer service goals. We would benefit greatly as a company and a brand locally and nationally if we would focus more on service, and less on unrealistic pushes coming at poorly scheduled times. There are many facets of the industry we are severely lacking in due to lack of impact.
