Great Atmosphere, Passionate about the Art of Animation, Great People, Steady Employment, Decent Hours, Some Genuinely Great Projects

Relatively Low Pay, Very Uncertain Future, Too Many in the Upper Management and Executive Ranks, Some Genuinely Weak Projects

    Advice to Management

Ditch the 50 development "Executives" and "Franchise Managers" at the studio. Trust the crews actually making the films more. Stop trying to make things so edgy. The classics have heart and aren't so cynical. Also, Shrek has his day in the sun and that day has past. We'll never grow if we can't evolve past the "From the Creators of Shrek" tag on every trailer and advertisement. That was almost 15 years ago now.
