Good opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of consumers. Opportunities for advancement because they fire program directors constantly.
Greedy upper management. Wage freeze for the regular employees and fat yearly bonuses for the higher ups. Managers that can't make up their minds about how they want their departments and program run, and then they fire people after providing terrible guidance. If you want to get a raise in pay here your only option is to take on a new position that pays more. Don't volunteer yourself for extra duties cause they will pile them on and not compensate you in return .
Advice to Management
Consider treating your employees a bit better to stop your high turnover rate here. When you value employees, it pays to take care of them. You lose good people here because you fail to make your employees feel valued.
