I have been working at Dyn full-time

Pathetic. He wrote an article on bringing former employees back to Dyn and why is't such a good idea. The Article should say "Why Dyn Has to Hire Former Employees, since Potential Candidates Have finally Learned the Truth About How Bad Things Really are at Dyn and No One Wants to Work There". Several posts on Glassdoor have said it, but pretty much everyone in Southern NH will work at Dyn at least once. Everyone thinks it's great, until they work there.

Mature, responsible adults don't need Toys, Games, Costumes, Playground Slides and Beer to entice them to come to work. The CEO has gotten exactly what he has created: a building full of recent college graduates with little to no professional experience, which translates into little to no production or success, regardless of their position. The company is a giant playground which lacks any sense of professionalism or sense of business ethics or accomplishments.

    Advice to Management

When does it end? When does the never ending carousel of ridiculousness and absurdity end and when do you grow up and just accept that you are JUST a 200 employee, small company in New Hampshire, and stop over-inflating your employee count and unnecessarily adding more office space, simply to suggest to the public that you are more than what you appear. When do you stop claiming to be a "start up" or even worse, a "high growth start up"....Accept your failures and the fact that after 15 years, you've failed to compete at a higher level, against the real achievers in the industry. Stop using adjectives to describe the company which are really just masking your failed efforts. The over-compensating sign, the adolescent office culture, the embarrassing blogs you write and have other management write, in an attempt to suggest this is all part of your vision. If the vision was to create the lifestyle you had when you were in high school, you have succeeded. But please stop being disappointed with the dismal sales and lack of industry acceptance of your mediocre technology. It's almost become embarrassing to tell people you work at Dyn. The local area has heard all of the stories that Dyn thinks are "just part of growing at a rapid pace" or whatever they tell themselves... to the local area.. Dyn is becoming a nuisance and no one recommends to their friends or anyone they know, that they should bother wasting time to work here.
