I have been working at Edifecs full-time (More than 5 years)
- good and timely products catering to the healthcare industry - ceo really tries hard at hiring good quality people, but unfortunately he hires them for who they are rather than what role or need the company has - handful of good thought leaders (proper companies note - grab em before they go extinct)
- Useless new sales management that's joined in from a backoffice products company where the product sold on its own. Now these guys dont understand healthcare and are able to effectively camouflage their lack of skills by being loudmouths. They are just burning through the company's hard earned cash both in terms of their oversized compensation and also travel/wining/dining fake client contacts. So, net-net, there is a zero pipeline
Advice to Management
Get a new sales team with real client contacts (hint - from any one of your competitors on the enterprise HC products space)..just not a one hit core backoffice company.
