Potential high income, limited partnerships, one person offices, good reputation. There are many good reasons to work for EDJ. Home Office support is readily available and very helpful.
Don,t always deliver what is promised. They do not teach you anything about products, the famous "knock on doors" technique is antiquated and not effective in larger cities. Regional Management structure is volunteer. Im, my region, the official training schedule / manual was not used. I was told by my field trainer , go knock on doors and call me if you need me.

You are losing very good employees , new and veteran, due to a poor HR process. I have seen BOA's treated unfairly, when the real problem was the FA
