Hi octane environment,good fun, quite professional. good product set that's easy to sell. If you can cut it on the sales team you can earn the highest salaries in the TMC market. Good career opportunities if you are successful especially in sales. Very sales driven company .. Which is great if you're in sales or partner depts.
Technology wise a lot of the industry has caught up so fewer USP's. very hire n fire on the sales side of the business. For good sales people, even if you hit your targets they always want more from you so that you cover off the under performing people. egencia is Obsessed by quarterly targets. . Terrible on-boarding... There is a plan for your 1st week but it doesn't materialise.. Which is not a bad thing as long as you have initiative and are a VERY fast learner .. Otherwise you'll be gone in 6 months. Penny pinching culture ... I.e. you get questioned over whether its cheaper to get a train to a meeting rather than using your own car. What you sell isn't delivered ... V.poor customer service and some account mgrs are useless so high churn on your clients which affects your commission/income.
