Small company feel, good office, some people can be nice

Company is known as the titanic in the industry. Managers have no desire to make the company better, only care about covering their back and blame others to receive regular fat paychecks. Everyone desperately hanging onto dear life with no morale. Anything goes in the company, what a shame. Bullies are at all levels, from management to executive. A few people abruptly left the company after one month. Nobody knows why. HR too busy filling people into their roles and don’t care about low morale or making people lives better. Nobody gets promoted. Gossip is gospel. The work is unchallenging and usually means working through admin work because there’s no improvement anywhere in the company. CEO doesnt know or care what to do.

    Advice to Management

Get upper management to feel motivated to improve the morale and structure of the company. Everyone just collect paycheck without wanting to make company better. Company has been stagnant and will be for long time.
