Good pay (from commissions)- if you can stay there long enough to sell well. Hourly is average. Also some opportunities to win some swag.
Awful management. People are promoted based only upon successful selling. They don't understand that being a good salesman does not automatically make you a good manager. Awful hours. Because of the very high rate of turnover the few employees that stay have to work longer hours to make up for the lack of other employees. Micromanagement to the extreme. Also, management did some sketchy things just to hit numbers.
Advice to Management
Promote people based upon management skills not just selling skills. Also, improve culture and figure out how to keep employees longer than a few months.
